Returns & Refunds Policy

The short answer

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
The return label is free. We pay the return shipping.
There is no restocking fee.
The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded when you return an item because you changed your mind. If the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you get everything back.
Email us first. Do not ship anything back before we send you a label; unannounced returns cannot be matched to your order.

1. The return window

The 30 days are counted from the date your order is delivered, as shown by carrier tracking, not from the date you ordered. Your request must reach us by email inside those 30 days. Once we have your request, you have a further 14 days to hand the parcel to the carrier.

2. Condition we can accept

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Free of make-up marks, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair and odors, including perfume and smoke
Unaltered - not hemmed, taken in or otherwise tailored
With all original tags still attached
In its original packaging, with any belt, spare button or other accessory that came with it

Please try items on over your own clothing. An item that comes back worn, altered or missing its tags cannot be refunded, and we will contact you to arrange returning it to you.

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, email us photographs of the problem along with your order number. We do not require the original tags or packaging in this case. We will send a free return label and issue a full refund including the original $7.95 shipping charge, or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

4. How to start a return

Email support@merrycornerz.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Add photos if the item is faulty.
We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and a return authorization number.
Pack the item, attach the label, and drop the parcel with the carrier named on the label.
We email you when the parcel reaches our returns center.

5. Exchanges

We exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability at the time your return is received. Ask for the exchange in your first email so we can hold the replacement. If the size or color you want has sold out by the time your return arrives, we will refund you instead and tell you before we do.

An exchange ships once your returned item has been received and checked, and follows the same 11-17 business day estimate as a new order.

There is no restocking fee on any return.

Timing. We issue your refund within 5-7 business days of the date our returns center receives and checks your parcel. After we issue it, your bank or card issuer needs a further 3-10 business days to post the money to your account. That second wait is set by your bank, not by us.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

7. Cancelling instead of returning

If you have not received the order yet and simply want out, you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us with your order number. After 24 hours the order is usually already being picked and you will need to use the return process above.

This address accepts authorized returns only. It is a fulfillment address, not a store or showroom, and it is not open to visitors. A parcel sent without a return authorization cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
