Product information
Descriptions, measurements, fabric composition and care instructions on this site come from our suppliers. We publish them in good faith and correct them when we find an error, but we do not independently lab-test every garment. If a product page is missing a detail you need before buying, email us and we will get it from the supplier rather than guess.
Colors and photography
Product photographs are supplied by our suppliers and show the garment as manufactured. Color reproduction depends on your screen, its settings and the light you are viewing it in, so an item may look different in person. A color that is not what you expected is a valid reason for a free return.
Fit and sizing
Sizing differs between styles and between manufacturers. We publish the measurements we have; we do not claim that every item "runs true to size", because across a range like ours that would not be true. Please compare the measurements to a garment you already own.
Delivery estimates
The 11-17 business day estimate is based on our normal processing and transit times. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs inspection, carrier delays, severe weather and incorrect addresses can extend it, and those are outside our control.
Stock availability
Availability shown on the site reflects our supplier's stock information and can change between the moment you order and the moment your order is picked. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full and tell you before we do.
